Basic introduction to Hospitality

This is a 70 hours course where it prepares the student to know the basic competency skills in the hospitality industry.  The units consist of: follow workplace hygiene procedures; follow procedures for workplace health and safety; work with colleagues and customers; provide food and beverage service; organise and prepare food; provide housekeeping service and practical cooking; use basic methods of cookery.  ETDA's hospitality training is designed to allow students to "learn by doing" focusing on competency and given them necessary industry skills.
