The Certificate I in Administration allows individuals to develop
basic skills and knowledge to prepare for general office work.
They may undertake a range of simple tasks under close
supervision. The range of technical skills and knowledge is
To complete a Certificate I in Administration a total number of
thirteen units must be completed including all 11 core units,
prepare for work experience and undertake work experience. A
period of two weeks work experience must also be undertaken as
part of the certificate.
