Certificate II in Administration

The Certificate II in Administration provides skills and knowledge in
basic office procedures, computers, customer relations, language and
numeracy. This course is for individuals working at entry level in office
administration undertaking routine tasks under supervision. 

The total number of units to complete the Certificate II in Administration
is 16. This includes a work experience placement of 2 weeks.

Two language and numeracy proficiency units are included in this
qualification and one workplace language unit.
