Hospitality: basic introduction

This is a 70 hours course designed to allow students to "learn by doing", focusing on competency and given them the necessary industry skills.  the students will learn the following: follow workplace hygiene procedures; follow procedures for workplace health and safety; work with colleagues and customers; provide food and beverage service; organise and prepare food; provide housekeeping service and practical cooking: use basic methods of cookery
