Teaches employees the importance and methods for proper hygiene and personal practices with an emphasis on hand-washing. Covers: hygiene and proper work attire (hair-restraints, frocks, jewellery); employee practices (food storage, locker rooms, kitchen traffic) and hand-washing techniques and frequency (including use and maintenance of gloves).
