A team is more than just a group of people who work under the same roof. This course will help you to understand how a team works, to pay attention to the notion of organizational culture and how it pervades a workplace. Participants will also be taught to appreciate that they are, in part, responsible for developing a work culture on which team-building is a cornerstone of everything they do.
