Builds on the learning of TOT I – leads participants through a series of activities that will guide them to prepare, deliver and assess their own 30-minute workplace-related training session. A workplace assignment complements this course to provide an opportunity for participants to implement their learning in their relevant environment. Participants are then required to write and submit an evaluation report.
