ETDA is justly proud of its Education Restaurant, which was, established in 2013 and now managed by TofTA Ltd. It is open to the public every weekday for lunch – also mornings and afternoons for cold drinks (freshly-made juices) and barista-made coffee. The staff are interns – graduates from ETDA’s Hospitality courses – who are now gaining valuable “on the job” experience, which will greatly help them in their search for employment.
There is a modern, fully-equipped commercial kitchen. Also a Bakery and working Bar.
ETDA Education Restaurant seats 60 inside and 60 outside – furniture can be re-arranged for functions.
It can also arrange catering – providing for workplace lunches or private functions. With enough notice, special dietary needs can be accommodated.
