Manager. Supervisor. Leader. These roles can be well defined or they may overlap. For example: a good manager might perhaps not be a good leader. They are all elements that go into successful Management and often need different skills and characteristics. The administration of a business, organization, not-for-profit or government department must coordinate the efforts of employees/volunteers to achieve its goals. Management must apply resources and set the strategy. Also offered are courses in Leadership, Team-building, Professional Evaluation and Train-the-Trainer.
